Tori's brother Tim was shouting at the girl in the gazebo: "Hey girls! Mind if we crash your tea party?".

Tim, Jake and Phil, from the nearby boarding school, R.A.B., were riding their bike and heading towards the gazebo, where Tory and the other girls are having fun.
